Our Team and our Experience:
The company is managed by a highly motivated, qualified, dedicated, and professional team with relevant expertise. We are experienced in handling different birds and animals for over a decade.
We are highly experienced in managing sport horses and have been providing riding lessons for enthusiasts. Our riders participate in regional and national equestrian events held under Equestrian Federation of India.
We also have substantial experience in importing sport horses from other countries to India. We also provide equine therapy, a form of therapy with horses to benefit kids (with disorders like ADHD and Autism etc.) and adults (suffering with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress etc.)
We have developed an integrated pet sanctuary and an agro farm to enhance the concept of experiential learning to kids and give a rejuvenating experience to people of all age groups. We believe that the concept of experiential learning where kids are exposed to different situations and aspects of nature can make them sensible and responsible human beings.
Why is this experience important?
Who does not like to stroll amidst thick greens listening to chirping birds and gazing at the beauty of fluttering butterflies? We all love the sound of a stream or a waterfall. How about plucking a raw mango or any other fruit and eating it right away as we walk enjoying nature?
We all had very good association with nature, and we enjoyed it every time. Only that we don’t find enough time to appreciate the beauty of a sun rise because of our busy schedules and confined concrete living spaces. We at SV Eco Farms want to bring back the kid in everyone.
Every memory associated with a farm for you and me as a kid was enthralling. Remember how well we were connected to farms and nature and how it molded us as individuals? Let us pass-on the love to our kids! They are utterly missing it very much in life. Let us give them an opportunity to learn that tomatoes are not grown on the supermarket shelf in a plastic box but in a farm like ours. Let them appreciate the way food is grown by understanding the life cycle of a crop and how much water it consumes. Let them observe how difficult it is for the bees to produce an ounce of honey. These episodes will make them responsible, conscious, sensible, and caring towards fellow human beings, environment, and nature.
We at SV Eco Farms try to reestablish the lost connection between humans and nature. We encourage people to visit, volunteer and spend some quality time at our farm amidst nature. We encourage kids to understand nature, observe animal behavior and learn the way food is produced.
